About us

Providing Hope and Healing for Children in Transition

BOB’s House is a transitional home dedicated to supporting children facing challenging circumstances after leaving homes involved with the Department of Child Services (DCS). The name BOB’s House stands for “Because of Billy,” in honor of the inspiration behind the program. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where these young individuals can heal, grow, and prepare for a brighter future. We understand the unique needs of children who have experienced difficult home situations and work tirelessly to offer them stability, care, and hope. At BOB’s House, we offer a comfortable, home-like setting for children in transition. Our program focuses on equipping our residents with life skills essential for their future independence. We work closely with DCS to facilitate smooth transitions and positive outcomes for the children in our care. Our dedicated team of professionals and volunteers is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of the children we serve. We believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their past circumstances. Together, we’re building a foundation for these young lives, one child at a time.
